Q: Is my package trackable ?

A: Yes, all packages we ship are trackable and some days after placing your order you will get an automated email from the shipping company with your tracking number and an instruction on how to track the package. Sending us emails before you got that email wont speed up this process. You will get the email approx. 2-3 days before the courier will deliver the package, so still enough to prepare for you.
